We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Team Manager for the National XV Women Team. The role involves shared management responsibilities with two co-trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & PR:

  • Capture photos/videos of key moments.
  • Create team photos and ensure logos are visible.
  • Schedule posts for upcoming events and training.

Medical:

  • Maintain next of kin list for emergencies.
  • Ensure First Aid support if no physio available.  
  • Must have first aid qualification.  Training will be provided by the NRF.

Logistics:

  • Arrange player meals, lodging, and transportation.
  • Choose training facilities and manage the budget.
  • Coordinate clean-up after events. 

Player Communication:

  • Prepare welcome materials and communicate regularly.
  • Use Spond for updates and maintain player records.

Coach Collaboration:

  • Film drills, take notes, and manage rugby equipment.
  • Help set up team-building activities.

External Communication:

  • Liaise with NRF, Rugby Europe, and World Rugby for planning and organizing games. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Please provide details of your past experience.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a volunteer position, but travel and food costs will be covered.
  • Candidates can be based in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, or Trondheim.
  • Training and handover from the previous manager will be provided.
